The whole mechanism is independently developed and made of unique integrated aluminum alloy slider and drawing die. The phenomenon of shaking and arc breaking in the cutting process is avoided. The motor fixing seat is fixed by spring tension, which reduces the wear of the gear in the process of use. The service life of gear and rack is greatly improved.

The guide wheel is upgraded from the traditional 8 guide rails to 16 high-speed bearing steel V-guide wheels. The overall stability of the equipment is improved.

The main body is composed of transverse guide rail assembly, longitudinal guide rail assembly and large chute, which is easy to install and adjust.

The installation of the overall slider is directly positioned by the positioning pin, and the diagonal installation error is within 0.5mm. Fine adjustment can achieve the ideal accuracy.
